Job summary

Landmark Homes in Taupo seeks a Project Manager to ensure all housing compliance standards are met, with a focus on on-time delivery and quality for residential builds. The role requires collaboration with the director, management of subcontractors, and vigilant cost control.

The successful candidate will oversee site setup, safety, and inspections, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering projects to the agreed specifications and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in NZ residential or commercial new builds.
• Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and obtain sign-off on variations.
• Assist with pricing variations and check final account.
• Coordinate plans, quantities, and cost estimates with the team.
• Manage critical path, subcontractors, and scheduling in RAVE BUILD.
• Supervise site setup, safety, and inspections; ensure timely completion.
