Oceania is seeking a Wellbeing Business Partner to shape and support how wellbeing is delivered across our villages and care centres in New Zealand. You’ll lead wellbeing programmes, support teams on the ground, and develop practical tools to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wellbeing, resident experience, health, education, hospitality, or similar.
• Confidence working across multiple sites or in complex environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills - you bring people together and build trust quickly.
• The ability to influence and support others without direct authority.
• A proactive mindset - you look for better ways and take initiative.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing and experience.

Aufgaben

• Designing and enhancing wellbeing programmes that make a meaningful difference to residents’ lives.
• Supporting villages and care teams to deliver engaging, consistent wellbeing experiences.
• Developing digital tools, resources, and frameworks that make it easier for teams to do great work.
• Partnering with wellbeing teams across the business to provide practical, solutions-focused support.
• Leading collaboration across wellbeing teams and sharing best practice.
• Coordinating complaints processes and supporting continuous improvement.
• Using data, feedback, and insights to lift participation and resident satisfaction.
