Oceania Group in Auckland is seeking a passionate wellbeing specialist to design and evolve resident wellbeing programmes across multiple villages. You will lead practical tools and frameworks, support care teams on the ground, and drive consistent, high-quality delivery to enhance resident experience.

You'll collaborate with village leadership, refine resources, coordinate across sites, and use data and feedback to lift participation and satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in wellbeing, resident experience, health, education, hospitality, or similar.
• Confidence working across multiple sites or in complex environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills - you bring people together and build trust quickly.
• The ability to influence and support others without direct authority.
• A proactive mindset - you look for better ways and take initiative.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and enhancing wellbeing programmes that make a meaningful difference to residents' lives.
• Supporting villages and care teams to deliver engaging, consistent wellbeing experiences.
• Developing digital tools, resources, and frameworks that make it easier for teams to do great work.
• Partnering with wellbeing teams across the business to provide practical, solutions-focused support.
• Leading collaboration across wellbeing teams and sharing best practice.
• Coordinating complaints processes and supporting continuous improvement.
• Using data, feedback, and insights to lift participation and resident satisfaction.
