Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, including at least 5 years of site supervision experience on projects of similar scale and complexity.
Experience in major building construction projects, structural steel works, and drainage works.
Experience in supervision of long-span steel roof structures exceeding 40m span will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, site supervision practices, quality control procedures, and construction administration.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Coordinate with the Client, QP(S), QP(Geo), consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site and technical issues.

Monitor project progress and maintain proper site records, inspection reports, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with site supervision requirements, construction procedures, and safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to the site supervision team.
