Trail Journeys in Clyde, Central Otago, is seeking a motivated Reservations Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly team. The role involves servicing client and travel agent files, managing deposits, and using multiple electronic systems.
You should have at least 2 years in travel, a passion for adventure travel, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a distributed team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Reservations professional to join our fun and dynamic team. A passion for travel and first hand active holiday experience is essential.
With the ability to work autonomously at times, but as part of a wider distributed team, this position is ideal for those wishing to continue in their career in travel or office admin or to perhaps return to the travel industry.
Ideally you will have a track record in the travel industry in a reservations capacity, a great knowledge of New Zealand and the rest of the world and most importantly, a friendly and efficient working style.
This roleis full time with a requirement to work some weekends in season (October to April) and is based in Clyde, Central Otago. The role involves the servicing of customer and travel agent files through the full reservations process and specifically entails:
