Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand is seeking a proactive Replenishment Lead to manage stock availability and presentation across store floors. You will oversee rotation, quality checks, and collaborate with the Availability Leader to prevent gaps and lost sales.

You will guide SOS and other teams, ensuring efficient tasks and adherence to standards, while driving continuous improvements and participating in senior leadership activities. Weekend shifts and evenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Replenishment team to ensure stock availability and presentation
• Oversee stock management, rotation, and quality checks
• Collaborate with Availability Leader to align fill requirements
• Provide direction to SOS and other store teams for efficient operations
• Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and participate in team activities
• Identify and implement operational improvements through routine health checks
