Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a fully remote Program Manager for Youth Empowerment to oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs. You will coordinate with teams, beneficiaries, and partners while driving KPI-aligned outcomes from your home office.

You will lead strategy development, monitor budgets, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure compliance with funding requirements. A strong background in youth development and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software is expected.
• Experience in youth development, education, or social services is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of youth empowerment programs.
• Develop program strategies, objectives, and KPIs.
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation.
• Manage a team of program staff, volunteers, and consultants.
• Build relationships with youth, community orgs, schools, and agencies.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess impact.
• Prepare progress reports and success stories for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, funding requirements and ethical standards.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for participants and staff.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and partnerships.
