Placements24 is seeking a fully remote Program Manager for Youth Empowerment to oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs. You will coordinate with teams, beneficiaries, and partners while driving KPI-aligned outcomes from your home office.

You will lead strategy development, monitor budgets, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure compliance with funding requirements. A strong background in youth development and leadership is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software is expected.
• Experience in youth development, education, or social services is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management, preferably within the youth development, education, or social services sector.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
