Qualifications

• Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or operations in education or non-profit.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and digital learning strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with virtual tools.
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Demonstrated passion for education, technology, and underserved youth.
• Ability to work independently and with a remote team.
• Experience developing or curating online educational content is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and rollout of educational technology programs for youth.
• Manage logistics of technology distribution and support for participants and facilitators.
• Develop and curate online learning content on digital literacy and academic support.
• Provide virtual guidance to program facilitators and beneficiaries.
• Track activities, collect data, and assist in reports on progress and impact.
• Collaborate with tech team to ensure smooth operation of platforms.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by users.
• Assist in development of program materials and training modules.
• Stay updated on EdTech innovations and remote-learning best practices.
