The ideal candidate has NBHWC/ICF certification, proven coaching experience, and strong communication skills, proficient with video calls and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current health status, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based wellness plans covering nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability to clients through video calls, phone, and messaging.
• Educate clients on healthy habits and provide resources to facilitate behavior change.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and celebrate achievements.
• Stay current with research and best practices in health, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral science.
