Placements24 is seeking a certified Remote Wellness Coach to guide individuals toward health and lifestyle goals through one-on-one coaching, personalized wellness plans, and ongoing virtual support. The ideal candidate has NBHWC/ICF certification, proven coaching experience, and strong communication skills, proficient with video calls and scheduling
Qualifications
- Certification from NBHWC or ICF-accredited program.
- Proven track record coaching individuals toward health and lifestyle improvements.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and behavior change.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational skills.
- Experience with virtual coaching platforms, video calls, and scheduling tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current health status, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
- Develop personalized, evidence-based wellness plans covering nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability to clients through video calls, phone, and messaging.
- Educate clients on healthy habits and provide resources to facilitate behavior change.
- Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and celebrate achievements.
- Stay current with research and best practices in health, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral science.
