Placements24 seeks a Remote Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across distributed facilities. This fully remote role requires lean/systematic thinking, Six Sigma expertise, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable improvements.

You will analyze processes, design SOPs, develop business cases, and mentor teams while collaborating with on-site staff in a virtual setting. Prior remote-work success is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience focusing on process improvement.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost and quality.
• Design and implement new processes and SOPs to optimize operations.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive change and quantify impact.
• Build business cases with cost-benefit analyses for process initiatives.
• Collaborate with on-site management and staff to implement changes remotely.
• Monitor KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Train teams on new processes and best practices and conduct audits.
