Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support remote operations for a dynamic e-commerce fulfillment client. You will manage inventory data across multiple platforms, perform regular audits, and drive improvements to stock control processes.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience with WMS and Excel. This remote role offers flexibility while contributing to the efficiency of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Warehouse Inventory Specialist or similar.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and best practices.
• Proficiency with WMS and advanced Excel.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify/discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and adjust stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve all inventory-related issues (damages, shortages, overages).
• Develop and refine inventory control procedures to minimize losses.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and procurement for stock movement.
• Generate regular inventory reports highlighting key metrics.
• Monitor stock levels and flag variances for investigation.
• Assist in implementing new inventory management strategies and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
