Placements24 seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer specializing in Lean Manufacturing to drive remote continuous improvement across multiple business units. You will lead virtual Kaizen events, develop Value Stream Maps, and train teams in 5S, Kanban, SMED, and Poka-Yoke, while quantifying waste via data analysis.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial engineering with a proven Lean transformation track record and excellent remote communication and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a strong Lean implementation focus.
• Proven track record leading Lean transformations with cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead remote Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops to identify and eliminate waste.
• Develop and deploy Value Stream Maps (VSMs) for key processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and train teams on Lean tools and techniques including 5S, Kanban, SMED, and Poka-Yoke.
• Analyze operational data to quantify waste and measure the impact of Lean initiatives.
• Develop standardized work procedures and best practices across departments.
• Coach and mentor plant personnel and management on Lean principles and application.
• Drive Six Sigma projects with data-driven problem-solving and process control.
• Create dashboards and reports to track Lean KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of Lean Manufacturing trends and recommend adoption where applicable.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and remote problem solving.
