Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network planning, design, or engineering within telecoms.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in network modeling and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current network usage, traffic patterns, and performance data to identify trends and predict future demand.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for network capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and service evolution.
• Create detailed network designs and deployment roadmaps for new infrastructure and service rollouts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment between strategic plans and execution.
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions for potential integration into the network architecture.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate network plans and recommendations to senior management.
