Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sourcing Specialist for a national non-profit client. You will manage indirect spend, analyze patterns, and build supplier relationships to deliver best value for IT equipment, office supplies, services, and travel.

This is a fully remote role with flexibility and a focus on ethical procurement. You will craft and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and report savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management focused on indirect spend.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven success in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships for indirect categories.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage priorities.
• Experience with non-profit procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational spend across indirect categories to identify savings opportunities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and SLAs.
• Manage relationships with key indirect category suppliers.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to align procurement with needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Stay informed about market trends and best practices in indirect sourcing.
• Prepare reports on spend analysis and savings realized.
