The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of industry experience and expertise in Schrödinger, MOE, and Discovery Studio, plus Python/Perl/Bash scripting.

Qualifikationen

• PhD required in Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Theoretical Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in computational chemistry, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency with molecular modeling software and force fields.
• Programming skills in Python, Perl or Bash for data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute molecular modeling studies, including MD simulations and docking.
• Develop and apply QSAR models to predict properties and activities.
• Perform virtual screening of large compound libraries to identify candidates.
• Collaborate with medicinal chemists and biologists to translate findings into designs.
