The position requires a Master’s in Civil Engineering with PE or equivalent, 10+ years of design leadership, expertise in BIM and design software, and strong remote collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering and PE or equivalent registration is mandatory.
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience with leadership.
- Experience with BIM and various design software packages; remote mentoring capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization and detailed design of major civil projects across transportation, water, and land development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a distributed team of engineers and designers.
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions with international standards compliance.
- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and disciplines via virtual channels.
- Conduct QA checks to ensure technical excellence throughout the design process.
