Applicants should have a Master’s in Civil Engineering and a PE or equivalent registration, with 10+ years of experience and strong proficiency in BIM and design software.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international registration is mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering design.
• Extensive experience with design software packages and BIM technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor remote engineering teams.
• Superior knowledge of codes and standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and detailed design of major civil infrastructure projects (transportation, water, land development).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a distributed team of civil engineers and designers.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications produced by the team.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other disciplines via virtual channels.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure technical excellence throughout the design process.
