Job summary

Abano Healthcare Group is seeking an Automation & AI Engineer for our Auckland-based technology team. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable automation and AI initiatives using Microsoft technologies to improve processes and the employee experience.

You will work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, build automated workflows, and create AI-powered assistants that enhance operations across the organisation.

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience in automation, low-code development, or similar technical role.
Hands-on with Power Automate: designing, building, and troubleshooting cloud flows.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations, APIs, and connectors.
Strong analytical and communications skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and support automated workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
Develop Power Apps and low-code applications for day-to-day operations.
Build AI-powered assistants and workflows using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
Integrate Microsoft 365 and business systems via APIs and connectors.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to deployment and support.
