Alignerr is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Expert to help train and evaluate AI models across fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and structural mechanics. Remote work with flexible hours for 10–40 hours per week.

You will design complex problems, author ground-truth solutions, audit AI reasoning, and provide feedback to improve model thinking. Prior AI experience is not required; strong engineering expertise matters.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Author ground-truth solutions with detailed, step-by-step technical reasoning.
• Audit AI outputs for technical accuracy and physical validity.
• Identify logical errors in AI reasoning and provide structured feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
