Qualifications

• Pursuing or holds a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong foundation in VLSI, control systems, or power electronics.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across EE domains to test AI performance.
• Author gold-standard solutions with clear, step-by-step reasoning.
• Audit AI-generated content for technical accuracy and safety.
• Identify logical errors and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning.
• Document failure modes to help harden AI in engineering tasks.
