Job summary

CareAllies, Inc. seeks a Manager, Market Finance (Value-Based Care) to lead market financial reporting, planning, and performance across regions. You will partner with Market and Operations leaders to translate performance into insights and drive outcomes in value-based healthcare programs.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare finance, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership. This position is remote, with travel as needed, and reports to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare finance experience, including market/segment finance and population health.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Extensive Healthcare industry, value-based care, risk sharing agreements experience.
• Technical understanding of Medicare Advantage required.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
• Project management discipline with multi-stakeholder deliverables.
• Advanced command of Excel.
• Attention to detail and integrity in data-based work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex topics simply.
• Ability to lead analysts and develop talent; willing to travel as needed.
• Willing to accommodate evening meetings as client calendars dictate.

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial narrative for market leadership.
• Translate performance into actionable insights for executives.
