Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its fully remote team. You will lead the design process from concept to implementation, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver high‑fidelity interfaces.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, maintain design systems, mentor junior designers, and advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in UX/UI are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction, and visual design best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments and with remote teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
