Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist in network troubleshooting and basic configuration.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and user guides.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Respond to support tickets and service requests promptly.
