Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote HR Generalist with a specialization in Talent Management to support a geographically diverse team from anywhere in New Zealand. You will lead talent acquisition, implement performance management and employee development programs, and coordinate succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline for a fully remote workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a focus on talent management and acquisition.
• Experience implementing performance management and employee development programs.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and talent acquisition best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
