Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Hotel Booking and Reservations Agent for a dynamic hotel group. The role is fully remote, requiring strong communication skills to handle inquiries, process reservations, and inform guests about property offerings.

You will input reservations, provide detailed information, upsell services, and collaborate with operations to ensure availability and excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reservations, booking systems, or a customer service role within hospitality or travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online chat.
• Input and manage guest reservations in the booking system.
• Provide information on amenities, room types, rates, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Upsell room upgrades, packages, and hotel services.
• Ensure guest information is confidential and compliant with data protection.
