You will monitor supplier performance, optimize costs, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and marketing to forecast demand, ensuring regulatory adherence. The role offers remote-first flexibility and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years FMCG procurement experience.
• Proven sourcing and supplier management capabilities.
• Excellent remote communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure FMCG products with cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for sourcing opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics to forecast demand.
• Monitor inventory to minimize stockouts and excess.
