Job summary

OpenTrain AI seeks an Expert Video Editor to review, evaluate, and refine AI-generated videos, animations, and visual effects within a contractor project. You will apply strong post-production knowledge and visual storytelling to assess outputs and help build reliable evaluation resources.

The project runs 3–6 months with remote, project-based contracting. Strong English, a bachelor’s degree, and extensive video production experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant professional experience in video editing or visual media production.
• Expertise in post-production, audio editing, visual storytelling, animation, and visual effects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated videos, animations, and visual effects.
• Refine visual media outputs for AI training and benchmarking.
• Organize and label video and other media assets.
• Assess storytelling and instructional quality.
• Apply stakeholder feedback to visual and narrative work.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and curated datasets.
• Identify weaknesses, edge cases, and opportunities to improve visual generation.
