Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert to design and evaluate AI training problems across circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, and signal processing. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to shape how AI reasons about complex engineering tasks while working with leading researchers.

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong foundation in VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, or power electronics.
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in writing.
Attention to detail when reviewing equations and circuit logs.

Responsibilities

Design challenging electrical engineering problems to test AI reasoning.
Author step-by-step solutions that set benchmarks for AI learning.
Audit AI outputs, including circuit diagrams and proofs, for accuracy and safety.
Provide structured feedback to improve model performance on engineering tasks.
Work asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
