Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with students and applicants
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer service, admissions, sales, administration or related field is advantageous
• Knowledge of NZQA-approved programmes or education sector is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic enrolment targets and KPIs, oversee applications and enrolments
• Serve as main point of contact for students through the application journey
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment and enrolment activity
• Support international enrolment staff and maintain compliance-ready records
