Job summary

Whitireia and WelTec is seeking an experienced Manager Enrolments to lead our enrolments and international admissions functions, ensuring prospective learners receive outstanding support from application through to enrolment.

Reporting to the Registrar, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across domestic enrolments and international admissions, ensuring efficient, compliant, learner-focused processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading administrative or operational teams.
• Experience managing complex workflows and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in tertiary education enrolment, international admissions, registry or student administration functions.
• Experience working with student management systems or customer relationship management systems.
• Knowledge of New Zealand tertiary education systems and regulatory requirements.
• A passion for working in an environment which wants to make a real and authentic difference in Aotearoa New Zealand

You’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for managing application and enrolment workflows, admission decisions, international student processing, and learner records administration.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

Proven experience leading administrative or operational teams.

Experience managing complex workflows and competing priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in tertiary education enrolment, international admissions, registry or student administration functions.

Experience working with student management systems or customer relationship management systems.

Knowledge of New Zealand tertiary education systems and regulatory requirements.
