Job summary

Medtronic plc in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Territory Manager for Endoscopy to drive regional sales with public and private health sectors. You will promote our GI endoscopy devices, build strong hospital relationships, and exceed targets while delivering education to clinical staff.

The role requires at least 6 years in medical sales, a valid driver's license, and solid knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School certificate and at least 6 years in sales (medical devices/pharma preferred).
• Proven success in sales with hospital/public/private sectors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Proficient in MS Office; computer literacy essential (software-driven products).

Responsibilities

• Plan work to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace.
• Seek new business by planning meetings with key personnel.
• Understand customer needs and provide credible alternatives for mutual benefit.
• Educate & train clinical end users and hospital staff effectively.
• Manage customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
