Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Support Coordinator to join their fully remote team in New Zealand. You will provide one-on-one support to family caregivers, connect them with services, and develop educational materials to improve caregiver well-being.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in caregiving support, counseling, or social work, preferably with family support.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of family caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support and counseling to family caregivers via phone, video calls, and email.
• Assess caregivers' needs and connect them with resources, support groups, and services.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and workshops on caregiving topics.
