Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance programs in biotech or regulated research environments.

Responsibilities

• Govern biotech research and clinical datasets for accuracy, lineage, and auditability.
• Define and enforce data policies across classification, access controls, security, and metadata.
• Enable secure governed access to sensitive datasets for analytics and collaborations while protecting patient information.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues impacting research integrity or compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data standards, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Support data annotation, evaluation, and quality processes feeding AI training pipelines.
