Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to apply clinical data expertise to improve AI systems in healthcare. You will work on analyzing AI outputs, annotating datasets, and collaborating with a global team on task-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar), or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical thinker with a track record of working with complex health datasets.
• Able to evaluate clinical and operational data for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency.
• Comfortable working independently on structured, task-based projects; clear and precise written communicator.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data outputs, and clinical workflows for accuracy and real-world applicability
• Apply your EHR and health data expertise to assess the quality and correctness of AI responses in medical and clinical contexts
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated health informatics content and provide structured, detailed feedback
• Review and annotate datasets related to clinical operations, health information systems, and patient data workflows
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts on task-based assignments
