Alignerr is seeking Biology Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to design graduate-level questions and step-by-step solutions that rigorously test AI biology reasoning. You will evaluate AI outputs for depth, accuracy, and scientific soundness, working with researchers to refine benchmarks from undergraduate to Masters topics.

The role is fully remote, hourly, with 10–40 hours per week, offering high autonomy and collaboration with leading AI labs to advance how biology is understood by AI.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or closely related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• No prior AI experience required—we'll get you up to speed.
