Alignerr is seeking Biology Masters graduates or current students to help train and evaluate AI models in life sciences. Your biology knowledge will shape how AI understands complex problems, with no AI background required.

This is a remote hourly contract (10–40 hours per week). You will design challenging biology questions, develop step-by-step solutions, and provide feedback to improve model performance across undergraduate to Masters-level biology.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
• Able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI or machine learning experience required

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, and depth of biological understanding
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
• Provide structured written feedback that helps improve AI model quality over time
