Placements24 is recruiting a skilled BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role in New Zealand. The ideal candidate has architectural experience and strong Revit/Navisworks capabilities to manage models, coordinate disciplines, and uphold BIM standards across diverse projects.

You will drive model audits, support training, and generate progress reports while collaborating with engineers and consultants in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in architectural practice with strong BIM coordination.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards (ISO 19650).
• Experience with clash detection, model federation, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with other AEC software and platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant BIM certifications are a plus.
