Placements24 is recruiting a skilled BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role in New Zealand. The ideal candidate has architectural experience and strong Revit/Navisworks capabilities to manage models, coordinate disciplines, and uphold BIM standards across diverse projects.

You will drive model audits, support training, and generate progress reports while collaborating with engineers and consultants in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in architectural practice with strong BIM coordination.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards (ISO 19650).
• Experience with clash detection, model federation, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with other AEC software and platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant BIM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Support project teams in utilizing BIM software effectively.
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure coordinated models.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the development and delivery of BIM training for project staff.
• Generate reports on model progress, coordination issues, and other relevant metrics.
• Stay current with BIM best practices and advancements in BIM technology.
