Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Construction Documentation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will translate architectural designs into precise construction drawings and specifications, collaborating with design architects and project managers across global projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years in architectural construction documentation, expert Autodesk Revit skills, and AutoCAD proficiency, with strong knowledge of building codes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural construction documentation.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of building codes and materials.
Experience with documenting across global projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) using BIM software.
Prepare technical specifications for materials, systems, and finishes.
Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP/structural documents.
Ensure documentation complies with codes, standards, and regulations.
Review shop drawings and submittals for design intent compliance.
Assist in tender and contract document preparation.
Maintain version-controlled project documentation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and PMs in a remote setting.
Identify and resolve documentation issues during design and construction.
