Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Site Development Civil Engineer to design and manage infrastructure for land development projects from a remote location.

You will plan site layouts, coordinate utilities, prepare construction documents, and obtain necessary permits while working with clients and contractors remotely. Strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of land development processes, zoning, and permitting
• Excellent remote communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and design site layouts, grading, and drainage systems for development projects
• Coordinate with utility providers to ensure adequate service for new sites
• Prepare site development plans, construction documents, and permit applications
• Conduct site feasibility studies and preliminary design investigations remotely
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success
