Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote basis. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for realism and prompt adherence, and provide written explanations of what stood out.

Payments are made weekly in USD per hour with no minimum hours. The role requires strong English writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and conversational style.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Eligible applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a precise English explanation of observations touching on adherence, quality, and realism.
