Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours; paid weekly, with earnings up to $15 per hour plus incentives. You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to listen closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific English explanations detailing what was seen or heard to justify your rating.
