Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and conduct live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare rendered images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to articulate observations clearly.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming in and replaying to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then providing a written explanation in English.
