Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve AI systems in real-world applications.

The role offers flexible hours, paid weekly, and access to leading LLMs. Candidates from multiple countries can apply, with compensation up to $15 per hour and additional incentives based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous review.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you observed.
