Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from your home or on the go. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain issues in writing on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos to prompts, identifying problems such as distortions or misalignment, and rating outputs across several dimensions with clear explanations. This remote contract role offers up to $15/hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Good attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
