Job summary

Gallagher Group seeks a Sales & Engagement Specialist for eShepherd across New Zealand. This hands-on role focuses on generating leads, building pipeline and converting opportunities while collaborating with Business Development, Customer Success and the wider eShepherd team.

You'll work primarily from home with occasional travel for customer visits and industry events, engaging livestock producers, demonstrating value and guiding customers through the sales journey to adoption and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in agriculture, AgTech, livestock, grazing systems or rural industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Source new opportunities through networks, events and prospecting.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to close.
• Utilise CRM and reporting tools to manage activity and forecast.
• Support regional sales strategies and growth of eShepherd adoption.
• Lead conversations, address objections and negotiate outcomes.
• Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding and long-term value.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights on pipeline and revenue.
