Based in Hawke's Bay Hospital's Support Services, you will work with clinical and administrative teams, maintain accurate records with confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy, patient‑facing environment.

Permanent, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight (1 FTE)

As a Relief Support Administrator, you will provide professional reception and administrative support across a range of clinical areas, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of services. You will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, managing enquiries, supporting clinics and ward administration, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting clinical teams with a range of administrative tasks.
This is a varied role that offers plenty of diversity and the opportunity to work across different departments. You will play an important part in creating a positive experience for patients and whānau, ensuring information is managed accurately and confidentially, and supporting the delivery of high quality healthcare services.
