Job summary

You will ensure timely processing in line with statutory requirements and create basic GIS maps to support required documents.

The role involves maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, handling website communications, undertaking procurement for services and contract management

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in resource management, natural sciences or related field.
• Clear, concise written and spoken communication.
• GIS experience is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good level of MS Office applications.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to relate to a wide range of people.
• Attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Application Leads with processing applications under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 and other resource management legislation.
